A contemporary Wine Bar located in the Tribeca neighborhood in Manhattan NYC.
M+S provided design, (Architecture and MEP) filing and Construction Administration services for the renovation of the ground floor commercial space in a Landmarked Building.
Working in close collaboration with Walker Ridge Construction and Collector; M+S completed construction in the spring of 2019.
