M+S assisted the client with  design, filing and construction administration of a renovation project that included the living-room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom spaces in a 2-bedroom Manhattan apartment.

Project included the creation of a large opening at a bearing wall in order to accommodate a new dining-niche. Filing was coordinated with the Landmark Preservation Omission as well as the NYC Department of Buildings.
