M+S is providing full Architectural, and construction administration services for this ground floor renovation  in Tuckahoe NY.  The project is currently under construction to be completed fall 2021. M+S is removing load bearing walls between the kitchen and dining room as well as dining room to living room, and reconfiguring the grand stair entrance sequence to create an open concept ground floor space whale preserving the historic nature of the home.

The kitchen is being gut renovated to include a new eat in island, open to the existing dining room, and the rear entrance will incorporate a new pantry area open to the kitchen.  Stay tuned for updates and the grand reveal of  this project on a show coming soon!
