9th Cycle FISP Inspection and Report.

M+S conducted a facade/envelope review as mandated by the NYC DOB FISP regulations. The use of the fire escapes was recommended by our QEWI/Architect of record in order to comply with the new/increased minimum number of inspections every 60-linear feet of facade.

The proximity to sea water and geometry/shape of the building created conditions that exacerbated deterioration of certain building components.
​M+S is currently guiding the building owners through a phased project in order to achieve safe and watertight conditions as soon as possible.
