New York, NY.

Manhattan Facade Repairs.

Built in 1893, this 9-story building features late 19th- and 20th-century Renaissance-style architecture. The street elevation of this building is horizontally divided into four distinct bands, separated by water tables, and a denticulated cornice divides the facades’ lowest band from the upper stories of Philadelphia pressed brick. The 5th and 6th buildings present stone columns with ionic capitals separating three window lines at a time.

M+S is currently conducting initial inspections while reviewing and approving the terracotta patching mortar and coating, brick and brick mortar samples.
