M+S was approached by the property management to design and procure a certificate of correction to convert a first- floor vacant apartment to a tenant accessory laundry unit. Working within the existing apartment envelope, M+S designed and filed the architectural, plumbing and mechanical systems to design a new laundry amenity for the tenants contributing to a higher quality of life for the tenants and individual unit owners.
